This agreement is a legal contract between you and Feiyu VPN (referred to as the 'Service Provider') for downloading, installing, and using the mobile VPN application (referred to as 'the App').

By downloading or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted this agreement. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, extract source code, translate app text, or create derivative versions without authorization. Intellectual property rights in the App, marks, interface, and content belong to the Service Provider or its licensors. To maintain service quality, we may adjust features, plans, or fees and will provide notice where appropriate. Users are responsible for device security and account confidentiality; jailbreaking, rooting, or installing untrusted software may cause failures or security risks.

This Service integrates necessary third-party services such as Google Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics. When using related functions, you are also subject to those providers applicable terms.

Service limitations: The App depends on a stable network environment, including Wi-Fi or mobile data. The Service Provider is not responsible for failures caused by unpaid device service, data limits, weak signal, or local network policies. Mobile data charges may apply outside Wi-Fi. If roaming internationally, confirm that you have an appropriate data plan and permission from the bill payer before using the App.

Users are responsible for their own use. For example, failures caused by a depleted battery, disabled permissions, or unavailable local networks are not covered by compensation. We try to provide accurate route and service information, but some data may come from third-party partners, and we are not liable for indirect losses resulting from such information. To maintain compatibility and security, the App may release updates periodically, and you agree to install current versions when required. The Service Provider reserves the right to suspend or terminate service as permitted by law.

Software Non-Refund Policy

Non-Refund Policy: Software sales or digital service activation are generally final. Once a license key, subscription benefit, or digital access right has been delivered, refund requests are generally not accepted.

Product Evaluation: We encourage users to test demos, trials, or free editions before purchasing so they can confirm compatibility with their devices and network conditions.

Customer Support: If you experience problems, contact support. We will assist with installation, login, connection, and subscription issues.

Technical Issues: Technical issues may occasionally affect use. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve them, but a technical issue does not automatically create a refund entitlement.

Unauthorized Use: Refunds will not be provided if license keys, account benefits, or digital access rights are shared, resold, or used without authorization.

Policy Changes: We reserve the right to modify or update this refund policy. Changes take effect after publication on the website.
