This Privacy Policy explains how Feiyu VPN (referred to as 'this Service' or 'we') handles personal information when you download, install, or use the mobile application (referred to as 'the App'). We collect only the data needed to operate accounts, connections, and support functions, and we protect that data under this policy.

When you download and launch the App, we may collect operational data such as your Internet Protocol (IP) address, device operating system version, in-app paths, session duration, and approximate location. This information is used to: 1. recommend suitable routes based on Feiyu VPN node availability; 2. identify regional connection issues through anonymized aggregate data; and 3. send important service updates, security notices, or account-related messages. Access to sensitive data is limited according to this policy.

We only transmit anonymized or aggregated data to necessary third-party providers such as Google Play Services or Firebase for crash analysis, performance monitoring, and feature improvement. We do not share personal information with third parties except when: 1. required by legal process or regulation; 2. necessary to protect users or investigate fraud; or 3. working with service providers bound by confidentiality obligations. To stop future data collection, uninstall the App through your device standard process.

User-provided data is retained during the service period and for a reasonable period afterward. To cancel your account or request deletion of personal profile data, contact our privacy team at [email protected]. The App is not intended for children under 13; if we learn that such data has been collected by mistake, we will delete it promptly. Guardians may contact us through the same email. We use physical, electronic, and access-control measures to protect data.

This Privacy Policy may be updated because of regulatory requirements, product changes, or operational adjustments. Please review this page periodically. Continued use after changes are published means you accept the updated policy. This policy takes effect on October 4, 2025.
